INFRASTRUCTURE
SS Gravures owes its success to modern infrastructure, periodic updating of technology and committed staff. We have invested heavily into modern machinery and advanced software platforms which enables us to produce high quality products quickly and efficiently. The total manufacturing capacity of the plant is 4000 cylinders per month.
We have 32,000 Sq. Ft of manufacturing space and the plant is equipped with modern machinery from Hell Gravures and Daetwyler. The fabrication and plating works are done using CNC controlled equipment. All the facets of the manufacturing are done in-house starting from Base shell fabrication, Nickel/Copper/Chrome plating, Polishing, Engraving, Proofing and Quality Control.
Our prepress department has experienced and skilled professionals producing high quality designs using advanced software and hardware equipment. This allows us to provide end to end packaged solutions.
Our sourcing department has ensured that we procure quality materials from reliable and reputed suppliers.
All raw materials are thoroughly checked for quality before they are accepted into the system.
With dedicated fleet of vehicles, we can transport finished goods to the customers very quickly and safely.
Long-term partnership with various logistics providers has enabled us to ensure deliveries are done on time across all geographies.

The office of SS Gravures coordinates all the operations using top end ERP software for controlling all aspects of the company operations where there is no room for errors.
Our Infrastructure comprises transportation facilities to dispatch the packaged products. We have also tied up with many logistic & transportation companies. We do have a delivery support team that take care of complete delivery process in coordinating with both the customers as well as company.
